I was wondering, do we need to post a request for mundane items found in game and any post adventure rewards our characters receive. I could have sworn I'd seen something about it somewhere but I can't find it now.

Duello, I know it's here somewhere, but I can't find it either unfortunately, so I will state here what I think is reasonable:
Players running adventures can award their fellow-adventurers with any combination of the following WITHOUT requesting approval.
These are intended as PER PLAYER:
1. 50 ka 2. no more than 100 ka worth of MUNDANE ITEMS AND OTHER GOODS 3. any additional funds FROM THEIR OWN POCKET
Things that ABSOLUTELY MUST be approved:
1. Any and all magical items! 2. Anthing that considerably exceeds the 3 criteria above. I am not about to harp on you over 20 ka, but if you look at the item list and find that what you want to award in items is considerably over the 100 ka limit, then you would need to get it okayed.
When our adventurers make it to higher levels and take on stronger beasts I will probably modify this system to reflect that, but right now with everyone at lv 1 or 2 I think this is reasonable.
Most likely I will eventually create a tiered system where low level adventurers have these sorts of limits and higher level adventurers will have access to better rewards (this stands to reason as a reflection of the real world)...but at the moment I think this will do.

thank you for the clerification. also, for pricing items, say a garment isn't fur lined, but is simply made of leather, such as swade or a heavyer form. not intended as armor, but simply as clothing, about how much should it be marked up from the listed prices?

Suede or Leather being easily accessible (at least moreso than silk) i would place those items in between the wool and silk prices. Just look at the prices of clothing for wool and add 3 ka.
