Teluria

The city closest to the border of the 'Summerlands' as the Albians call the warmer lands to the south, Teluria has a more gruff, vague feeling than other Windwarren cities. While retaining its elvish elegance, marble spires are forgotten in favor of slate buildings and ice sculptures. Tall stone walls border this city not against attack from some unseen enemy, but to ward against blizzards, which come often, and the city is thick with wards against evil to keep the phantoms of the nearby Shadowlands at bay.
