As you enter the inn, the first thing you see is a large tavern, one of its walls almost completely composed of windows, letting in much light during the day. During the night, the light from the fireplace and the wooden candle chandeliers leaks out into the road as merriment takes place inside.
The tavern boasts five tables, all round, and a long bar with several stools. Almost always, a middle-aged Zhoan/Human deus woman is behind the bar and in and out of the kitchen, making sure things are being attended to, and often times even doing waiters' and waitress' work with them.
Her name is Beatrice, and she is the owner of The Siren's Keep.
To one side are stairs that lead up to the second floor, where beds and rest await those who rent the rooms. To the other side of the room is another door, one that leads to the rooms of Beatrice and her workers. This door is always locked, of course.
Many young men and women work for Beatrice, all seeming very happy with their jobs and always up for a good conversation when not too busy. Often times, there will be large conversations between nearly everyone in the tavern.
It is easy to see that the people here, workers or not, are friendly, and if they aren't, a few ales will loosen them up.
It is entirely possible to borrow one of the workers for the night if one wishes, so long as they follow certain rules, such as not causing them injury or doing anything against their will, being polite and courteous to them and everyone else, and paying for them and any damage sustained to them. If one injures a 'borrowed' worker, they are no longer granted such services, and any further misconduct can result in Beatrice barring them from The Siren's Keep.
Please leave your weapons outside, and welcome to The Siren's Keep..
