Its importance is dually noted by the fact that Xsenzar's stone boardwalk is highest here. Shiai One of Xsenzar's lower cities, Shiai serves as a trade city, though most of the residents are military men. The Dracon dislike othe races, especially humans, and keep them as far on the outskirts of their lands as possible. Shiai is one of the few cities in Xsenzar where foreigners are permitted to disembark and trade goods, though their freedom of movement is somewhat limited. Moderator: Arcady
